No cookies, no tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from this website, not from third parties.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address and message, plus the time of your consent. I use them only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a possible offer.
The legal basis is your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by ticking the box before sending. If your enquiry is about a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies as well.
I keep the message for 12 months after the enquiry is closed and then delete it. I keep the record of your consent as long as needed to prove it (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, my interest in proving consent).
Withdrawing your consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time by email to contact@solutions4u.pl. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing before it. Without your consent I cannot process a message sent through the form; you can also write to me by email.
Contact by email
If you write to me by email, I process your message and email address to answer you, based on Article 6(1)(b) or 6(1)(f) GDPR. The same retention period applies.
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by OVHcloud (OVH sp. z o.o., ul. Powstańców Śląskich 9, 53-332 Wrocław, Poland, part of the OVHcloud group). The server automatically records technical data such as IP address, date and time, and requested page, for security and to keep the site running (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Messages from the contact form are delivered by email to my mailbox. I use providers based in the EU/EEA. If a provider transfers data outside the EU/EEA, this happens only under the safeguards required by GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. To use these rights, write to contact@solutions4u.pl.
You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, or the authority in your own EU country.
Changes
I may update this notice when the website or the law changes. The current version (number 2026-11) is always on this page.
